PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a heat resistance by arranging a reversible thermosensitive recording layer for color developing at a first heating temperature for displaying a recording transaction on a surface and decoloring at a second temperature different from the first temperature, thereby writing and erasing without a restriction by a design. SOLUTION: The rewritable non-contact type IC card 1 is manufactured by enclosing an antenna 4 for transmitting and receiving data and an IC circuit 5 in an inner card base material 11, laminating polyethylene terephthalate material layers 12 on front and rear surfaces, and forming a rewrite sheet or a rewrite processed rewrite display surface 2 on an upper surface. As a material of the surface 2, a composition having at least one of a phenolic hydroxyl group or carboxyl group, an amino group as a functional group or an amphoteric compound as part of a chloride and a leuco compound is suitably used. Its thickness is 1 m/m or less is suitable as a whole, and about 0.25 m/m is more suitable.
