PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system designed to set the practical production amount of a strip-like food dough per unit time nearly constant. ;SOLUTION: This production system comprises an operational section which determines the practical production amount of a food dough W per unit time by dividing the weight of the food dough W divided into an appropriate number of portions by the time of charging them, and a control section which controls a motor 47 for gap regulation so as to expand the gap of the delivery sides of a pair of rollers 29L, 29R when the practical production amount per unit time is lower than a target set value, in contrast, when the case is opposite, narrow the above gap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
