PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity takeout port for an automatic vending machine that can brightly lightly light the commodity takeout port only when a commodity is taken out. ;SOLUTION: A lighting device, which introduces light of a fluorescent light 4b installed upwards and lights the commodity takeout port 5, composed of a shield plate that shields an opening area of the commodity takeout port 5 and performs rotary operation so that it is freely opened and closed, and a shield plate 11 that completely shields the light of the fluorescent light 4b at the upper edge of the shield plate 10. Thus, insects or the like do not gather at the commodity takeout port 5 and their corpses are eliminated.
