PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topology graphic display to simplify transmission work. ;SOLUTION: This device is a topology graphic display to indicate each name of plural connected equipment and node numbers or the like on a screen and also to transmit a packet incorporating data, control information and the like to the above plural equipment.
