BUBBLE BREAKING METHOD OF CUTTING LIQUID FOR MACHINE TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble breaking method of cutting liquid for machine tool by which bubbles can be automatically broken without spraying defoaming agent and blowing hot air. ;SOLUTION: This bubble breaking method is for breaking bubbles 11 by which cutting liquid 10 is recovered into a cutting liquid tank 3 together with machining chips 8 from a cutting part of a band saw and bubbles 11 which float on a liquid surface 10a of the recovered cutting liquid are eliminated. The cutting liquid 10 is sprayed on the bubbles 11 at a position 13 where the liquid surface 10a of the cutting liquid and a screw conveyor 4 cross mutually by a shower 26 from above. Consequently, bubbles can be easily broken by merely circulating and spraying the existing cutting liquid 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
