PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily block a member mount hole at a low cost without damaging the appearance by blocking the member mount hole with a blocking member consisting of a resin film such as polyester, urethane or the like, whose surface is subjected to primer treatment, and coating it together with a body panel. ;SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin adhesive 42 is applied to the side surface on a cap side wall outer panel 20 side of a block member 40 consisting of a polyester or urethane resin film 25 μm-100 μm thick, and the opposite outside surface is subjected to a proper primer treatment in order to enhance the adhesion of a coating material. The blocking member 40 has a circular, flat oval or eliptic form having a proper surface area. The blocking member 40 is stuck substantially concentrically to a loading matter mount hole 14 and a ladder mount hole 16 bored through the preliminarily undercoated outer panel 20 and reinforcements 24, 34. Thereafter, a cap is finish coated 44, and the outer panel 20 and the block member 40 are subjected to the same coating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
