PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective board where all electrodes are connected electrically connected in collective state, wiring required for terminal electrodes is not connected after the collective board is divided into unit boards, and the symmetry of the terminal electrodes is maintained. ;SOLUTION: A ground electrode 4 and a terminal electrode 5 are provided to one major side 3 of a board 3 while isolating them with each other, a component mount electrode 6 and an interconnection electrode 7 are provided to other major side 3b of the board 3, while isolating them with each other, and the terminal electrode 5 and the interconnection electrode 7 are connected by a through-hole 8 in each unit board 2. Plural unit boards 2 are connected in one direction, while one major side and the other major side are alternately inverted, the ground electrode 4 and the terminal electrode 5 are connected to a component mount electrode 6 of the adjacent unit boards 2, the major side and other side of which are adjacent to each other to configure the collective board 1. Since all the electrodes are finally to be electrically connected in the state of the collective board, electrolytic plating of the electrodes is facilitated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
