PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute work with high reliability by filling communicating foam having a low independent foaming characteristic between hard urethane foam sprayed on an outside surface of a concrete building frame and a sandwich panel. ;SOLUTION: A prescribed interval is held from an outside surface of a concrete building frame 1, and a sandwich panel 2 is built up on the outside. Next, hard urethane foam 3 is sprayed in a prescribed thickness on the outside surface of the concrete building frame 1. Next, communicating foam 4 having an independent foaming characteristic not more than 50% is injected and foamed between the sprayed hard urethane foam 3 and the sandwich panel 2. After these works finish, a second row panel 2 is built up on the sandwich panel 2, and similar work is repeated. Hard urethane foam having comparatively slow reactivity such as cream time is 10 to 50 seconds and rise time is 100 to 250 seconds may be used instead of the communicating foam 4.
