PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a function for automatically generating concurrent-post reset information by comparing new concurrent-post contents with the old concurrent- post contents of an official announcement in a personnel system. ;SOLUTION: A CPU 2 performs a concurrent-post input process regarding a concurrent-post announcement and takes old concurrent-post information on a staff number out of a concurrent-postistory file 7b stored in a storage device 7 and displays it on a display device when the object staff number to which new concurrent-post information is inputted is inputted. Further, the CPU 2 displays a concurrent-post input screen for the new concurrent-post information to be changed and when new concurrent-post information is selected and inputted, the old concurrent-post information and new concurrent-post information are compared to automatically generate concurrent-post reset information, which is additionally and automatically registered in a concurrent-post history file 7b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
