PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation for change input of present-post information items for an official announcement by displaying only the present-post information items as objects of input according to the kind of an announcement action. ;SOLUTION: A CPU 2 performs a multi-announcement input process and when announcement actions are selected on a menu screen, the latest announcement history information in an announcement history file 7b stored in a storage device 7 and present-post information items to be changed which are set in an announcement pattern table 7c are taken out in combination for the announcement actions; and the old present-post information corresponding to each present- post information item which is taken out is read out of the announcement history file 7b and displayed, and present-post information on a new post at a change destination is inputted and additionally registered to the announcement history file 7b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
