AUTOMATIC WEIGHING AND BAGGING EQUIPMENT FOR GRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a shutter not open even if an article is placed on a weigher while work is stopped as to automatic weighing and bagging equipment which controls the opening/closing of a shutter provided at the fetching opening of a grain tank by weight detected by the weigher. ;SOLUTION: This automatic weighing and bagging equipment for grain, provided with an opening solenoid 4 for opening and a closing solenoid 5 for closing a shutter 3 provided at the fetching opening 2 of a grain tank 1, bags grain of a predetermined weight by properly controlling the operation of the opening solenoid 4 and the closing solenoid 5 depending on the weight detected by a weigher 6. At least the opening operation of the opening solenoid 4 is stopped interlocked with the stop operation of the drive motor 8 of a supply mechanism which supplies grain to the grain tank 1 while the weight display function of the weigher 6 is maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
