PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix nonwoven fabric on an earth reataining concrete wall without using adhesive simply, easily, and surely, and efficiently hold a large quantity of soil with the surface of the nonwoven fabric not invaded by concrete so as to efficiently plant vegetation. ;SOLUTION: In this construction method of an earth retaining concrete wall on which trees are planted, a process temporarily holding nonwoven fabric of natural fiber, in which the natural fiber is gathered into fixed thickness three-dimensionally and non-directionally, on the inner face of a formwork constructing the earth retaining concrete wall 1, is provided. This method is constituted of a process fixing a cylindrical body 13 provided with a water feed hole 7 penetrating through the surface and the back of the earth retaining concrete wall 1 inside the formwork, a process placing ready-mixed concrete into the formwork and making invasion of the ready-mixed concrete to the interior while leaving the surface of nonwoven fabric, and a process removing the formwork after hardening the ready-mixed concrete and representing the nonwoven fabric 6 on the surface of the earth retaining concrete wall 1, and providing the water feed hole 7 penetrating through the earth retaining concrete wall 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
