PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability at a sink base by attaining a top plate opening part by removing a top plate at least at a part in front of a sink and using a mounting surface one stage lower formed there as a sub counter with respect to a facing counter provided with the top plate on a high position in front of the sink base. SOLUTION: The sub counter 6 formed at the facing counter 4 fixed to the sink base is normally in a state that an upper surface and an opening part on the side of the sink 2 are closed by a shielding means 8 and the top plate 9 on the upper surface of the sub counter 6 is positioned on the same plane as the top plate 4a of the facing counter 4 in the state. Then, at the time of washing dishes, the shielding means 8 of the sub counter 6 is opened upwards to a chain line position and the washed dishes are mounted on the mounting base 5 of the sub counter 6. Also, in the state of opening the shielding means 8, since a front part corresponding to the sink 2 is widely used by the sub counter 6, the various kinds of things are mounted and the operability at the time of cooking or the like is improved.
