PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve utilization rate of rain water and acquire an amount of water large enough to be usable as recycled water. SOLUTION: Rain water flowing in a private sewage treatment tank part 11 of a rain water storage tank 1 is cleaned and neutralized and then stored in a treated water tank part 12 and supplied by a water-supplying pipe 32 comprising a water-supplying circuit 3 and a water-supplying pump 33 to car- washing/water spray 31a, a toilet 31b, and a bathtub/a washer 31c as places where recycled water is utilized. Wastewater from places where the recycled water is utilized and a kitchen 31d as a place where tap water is utilized, is allowed to flow in a settling tank part 21 of a combined private sewage treatment tank 2 to settle dirt and then cleaned and sterilized by a cleaning tank part 22 and stored in a treated water tank part 23. When a water level in the water rain storage tank 1 lowers, controlling means 42 receiving an operational signal from water-level-detecting means 41 allows a circulation pump 43 to operate, which supplies cleaned wastewater in the combined private sewage treatment tank 2 to the rain water storage tank 1 via a returning pipe 44 and keeps the amount of water in the rain water storage tank 1 constant.
