PURPOSE: A system for dehydrating, recycling, and circulating fly ashes and sludge is provided to increase the recycling rate of fly ashes and to save costs required for treating the fly ashes by directly dehydrating the fly ashes to be recycled.;CONSTITUTION: A system for dehydrating, recycling, and circulating fly ashes and sludge includes a transferring part(100), a dehydrating part(200), a storing part(300), a loading part(400), a stack dust collector(50), and a bottom ash grinder(70). The transferring part transfers bottom ashes(20) and flay ashes(30) mixed with rainwater through a bottom ash transferring pipe(130) and a fly ash transferring pipe(140). The dehydrating part dehydrates the bottom ashes and fly ashes mixed with rainwater. The storing part stores the dehydrated rainwater and external rainwater. Packaged bottom ashes are stored in the storing part. The loading part loads the dehydrated bottom ashes and fly ashes. The stack dust collector collects fly ashes.
