PURPOSE: To generate a turbulent flow having a large turbulence of low frequency, being abundant in change and approximating to a natural wind and to execute a wind-resistant stability test of a structure model highly precisely. ;CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus wherein a plurality of triangular-plate-shaped spires 5 are erected at appropriate intervals in the direction of intersecting the flow direction 4 of wind perpendicularly, in the vicinity of a blowoff port 2 of a wind tunnel 1 for executing a wind-resistant stability test of a structure model, each of the triangular-plate-shaped spires 5 has torsion bars 7a and 7b in a plurality of stages which can execute torsional movement around a vertical axis independently of each other in the height direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
