PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating turbulent flow in a wind tunnel, which makes adjustable the intensity of turbulence of the air flow in the wind tunnel while keeping the gradient of velocity in the height direction of the air flow. ;SOLUTION: The apparatus for generating turbulent flow in a wind tunnel is provided with two right and left symmetric swinging triangle plates 2a, 2b with a variable right-angled triangular shape and having a vertical line AB of a fixed triangle plate 4 standing and fixed along the direction of a wind axis OP as a common side and a driving deformation mechanism to move the apex C' where the tilting lines and the bottom line cross in the wind axial direction as to keep the projected shapes of the swinging triangle plates in the wind axial direction at the time of swinging in a constant right-angled triangle is installed in the swinging triangle plates 2a, 2b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
