PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently carry out training to an individual or a group by predicting the changes in road conditions and executing the training interactively in multiphase ways of viewing in such a manner that adequate action may be selected. ;SOLUTION: When a learner selects the course on a screen and indicates a question button by a mouse (S302), the road condition screen captured by the driver's visual point is displayed. An automobile starts traveling and the road condition screen starts moving at the driver's visual point together with the automobile (S303). Next, the traveling of the automobile stops and a static screen is displayed on a predicted selection screen, by which the choices for predicting the next road conditions are displayed. The learner predicts the road conditions (S304). The learner selects the action suitable for the next road conditions predicted by himself or herself. In such a case, the simulation of the road conditions predicted by the learner and the action selected in accordance with therewith is executed on the screen.
