摘要

PURPOSE:To form a metal coating film having good adhesion property and corrosion resistance on a rare earth bond magnet by adopting an electroless plating technique which realizes uniform film thickness and plating of inside of pores with a simple device at a low cost and is industrially effective such as low treatment cost, etc. CONSTITUTION:A bond magnet essentially comprising a magnetic powder expressed by R-T-B (wherein R is Nd or partly substd. Nd with rare earth elements, T is Fe or partly substd. Fe with transition metal elements) and a binder is subjected to electroless plating with using an electrolyte aq. soln. of pH=5.
