PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely simply and inexpensively enhance heat efficiency without exhausting harmful gas and soot and dust. ;SOLUTION: In this device, high temp. and high pressure steam is fed from a steam boiler 7 to a steam stream adjustment part 1 surrounded with an insulation member 3, and a steam jet stream is jetted from a nozzle 2 at the tip at a supersonic velocity. Moist substance is fed from a feed device 13 of an object to be treated into a treating tank 17, and the jet stream is jetted to the substance, thus the moist substance is instantly concentrated, dried and pulverized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
