PURPOSE:To facilitate fabricating and assembling works of members, by provid ing a cut stage in the jointing part with respective floor beams of a quake resistant wall and connecting main reinforcements protruded in the jointing space formed in the cut stages and then placing concrete in the space. CONSTITUTION:The vertical jointing part of a precast quake resisting wall 1 with a column is formed without cotters at the vertical face. Next, cut stages 5... are formed at the jointing parts 9, 9 with the respective floor beams 3, 3 of the quake resisting walls 1....
