PURPOSE:To easily fabricate and assemble the above structure by forming recessed and projecting sections on the bottom surface of an earthquake-proof wall with pillars made of precast concrete and placing concrete between the wall and the beam of the lower story and, at the same time, shifting the position of a vertical joining section at every story. CONSTITUTION:Recessed and projecting sections 4 are formed on the bottom surface of an earthquake-proof wall 1 made of precast concrete united with a pillar to one body and concrete 5 is placed between the lower surface and the beam 3 of the lower story. In addition, the position of the joint 8 of the vertical joining section of the wall 1 is shifted at every story so as to arrange the joint 8 zigzag and make the cotter unnecessary at the vertical joints. Therefore, the earthquake-proof wall can be fabricated and assembled easily.
