This Invention describes an environment that supports the germination of Pollen and growth of Pollen tubes in the presence of agrobacteria, which includes Agarose, sucorosa, NO3, MnSO4, h3b03,MgSO4 and hiberu00e9lico acid. We describe a method for the genetic Transformation of plants and Lines by a Transformation based on Pollen, regulated with agrobacteria.The Method includes the steps of obtaining a First Plant Pollen, applying a layer of Agrobacterium to Solid Medium Crop Pollen.The agrobacteria containing at least a heterogeneous sequence of genes can be transferred into a Plant Cell.Applying Pollen to the solid medium and allowing the Pollen germinates and Grows in the middle,So the agrobacteria adheres to the pollen tube or regulates the transfer of heterogeneous Gene sequence of germinating Pollen that is to obtain the transgenic Pollen,Applying this to the stigma of a Second floor that can be fertilized by Pollen from the first floorSo the second Fertilizer Plant and transgenic Seed germinating to obtain transgenic Plant. The method is particularly suitable for use with the so-called Dry Pollen from the stigma.
