MICROORGANISM INCUBATING MEMBER AND CULTURE MEDIUM

Herein disclosed are a microorganism culture material which comprises awater-soluble polymer layer and a porous matrix layer as well as a culturemedium prepared using the culture material. The culture medium can be used inwide variety of applications such as test of liquid samples, food test, test ofenvironment and direct contact-test and the use of the culture medium alsomakes the execution of microorganism-test easy. Moreover, the use of theculture medium permits the execution of the direct contact-test even if thesubject to be tested is curvature and/or more or less uneven.
