FIELD: electrolysis, control over processes of electrochemical treatment of aqueous solutions, over supply of electrochemical devices. SUBSTANCE: method of electrolysis with control over process of electrochemical treatment of aqueous solutions by way of regulation of current density in working volume of electrode chambers of electrolyzer depending on concentration of substances in water and change of polarity of electrodes. Value of current density across cells or groups of cells differs for differential parallel supply of electric energy with number of electrochemical cells of flow electrolyzer n 2 and is set by independent supply of electrochemical cells or groups of cells via individual n 2 full-wave rectifiers. Their switching on and control over change of polarity are executed depending on conditions of running of process of electrolysis separately or in groups.
