The process uses air as a fluid cooling medium which is guided in tubes through an exposed concrete ceiling. The ceiling is preferably cooled during night-time. External air can be used as the cooling medium. The air can be filtered, heated, cooled and/or demoisturised. After cooling the concrete ceiling the cooling air is supplied to the room as extra air supply. The heat removed from the ceiling can be used to heat the extra air supply.
