The device has a pressure chamber (5) at least partially filled with a transfer medium and bounded at least partly by a first flexible element (6). A compensation chamber is connected to the pressure chamber. The connection (10) and the transfer medium are designed so that short duration pressure differences between the pressure in the pressure chamber (5) and the pressure in the equalisation chamber (7) are almost fully compensated and long-term pressure differences are almost completely compensated. The pressure chamber and the compensation chamber are arranged in a transfer module and the compensation chamber interacts with an arrangement (8) which defines the pressure in the compensation chamber and its vol.
