The device has a latch (42), and a return element i.e. spring (55), interacting with the latch. An electromagnetic actuator i.e. shooter, includes a pin moved toward or from a position under effect of magnetic field, where the pin is pressed on the latch in the position. Another return element i.e. spring, opposes the displacement of the pin. The actuator is configured to move the pin in translation. The actuator is configured, so that the pin is relocated from interior toward exterior of the actuator and from the exterior toward the interior when the magnetic field is generated. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for transmission of movement from a cam to a valve (2) a movement transmission system and a support assembly (3) a method for controlling an electromagnetic actuator of a movement transmission system.
