A dispensing device of paste or liquid from bottles and the like comprises a collar (14) for fixing a pump (1) to a mouth of a bottle (2), the pump comprising: first elastic recall means (10) constituted by a skirt (17) of plastic deformable material, and second elastic recall means (13) for bringing a hollow stem (5) back into a position wherein it is maximally projecting from the a hollow body (3) when a depressing action on a dispenser button (6) is released; the second elastic recall means (13) comprising a conical helix torsion spring made of elastically deformable plastic which when the dispenser button (6) is depressed has a smaller base in contact with a lower part of the dispenser button (6) and a larger base striking against a flat surface (16) exhibited by the collar (14).
