摘要

Microfluidics based analytical devices present an inventive platform for handling fluid and its analysis, with wide extend of applications, advancing low cost and ease of fabrication. In this paper a Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) based microfluidic channel is prepared with the ease of its fabrication technique. The use of peristaltic pumps utilized for automation through Raspberry-Pi adds simplicity to use the device with the assistance of a Graphical User Interface (GUI). This fully automated device works well for detection of various waterborne contaminants like Nitrite, Phosphate, etc. and also emphasizing on the lab-on-chip applications as well. To address this problem of contamination and fluid analysis, automated microfluidic based platform is developed. The optimized channel is fabricated using soft lithography process and complete automated dispensing system is developed with the help of Raspberry Pi Single Board Computer. This proposed system is used for various applications where fluid mixing is required.
