The plate 10 comprises a molded resin board 11 with integral bus bars 16 which connect the batteries 1 and integral voltage-detection terminals 17 (Fig 4) which overlap the bus bars. The voltage-detection terminals include a portion 19 onto which a circuit protecting device or fuse 21 is mounted. The terminal 17 has a portion 20 for connecting through an electric wire 22 with an ECU. The resin board is molded in two steps with the wiring harness from the terminals being insert-molded in a primary molding and the second molding including the superposed connection of the bus bars and the voltage-detection terminals. A pair of elastic mats (52,Fig 15) are integrally molded to one side of the resin board to support the wiring harness.
