PURPOSE: To highly accurately measure frequency characteristics of a photoelectric transducer in real time by noting noise generated together with a light emission phenomenon and using a light source generating a light output incoherent in time whose frequency characteristics of power spectrum density are known. ;CONSTITUTION: A light output generated from a light source 1 which is incoherent in time and whose frequency characteristics of power spectrum density are known is received by a photoelectric transducer A to be measured, and a frequency component value included in this signal is detected by an electric signal frequency detecting part 2.
