PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain processed rice by enriching polished rice with brown rice ingredients at least equivalent to those of brown rice. SOLUTION: This processed rice is obtained by admixing polished rice with three ingredients i.e., inositol, -aminobutyric acid and -orizanol.
