PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid easily slipping out of an upper section of an inner pot by due to vibration or the like during driving by providing a net lid forming a lid plate section with a number of holes insertable into an opening section of the inner pot and of which peripheral edges is a brimmed edge for overlapping rolled edge section of the inner pot. ;SOLUTION: Each universal joint 8e is connected to a connecting holes 8d of a pair of handle assembling plates 8c of which a lower edge is attached rollable and assembled invertible and to a rolled edge section 8b formed folding back an opening peripheral edge of an inner pot 8. A rod-shaped handle 8g is folded generally conical and a holding body 8b which is made of a metal wire and formed spiral is mounted on a summit section of the rod-shaped handle 8g. A brimmed edge 18a is formed for overlapping the rolled edge section 8b of the inner pot 8 on a peripheral edge of a net lid 18. A lid plate section is formed engaged within the opening section of the inner pot 8 in a dent condition lower than the brimmed edge 18a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
