PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a structural insulation panel having excellent airtight insulation and execution in high strength and at low cost and stably supply a good wood made dwelling using it. ;SOLUTION: A structural insulation panel 1 sticking a foam forming insulation plate 3 of shape size fitted between frame works A composed of the column of a building structure case body, the sill 5 of a horizontal member and a girth 6 on one face of a structural face plate 2 is fitted between the frame works A from the outdoor side to form a bearing wall.
