摘要

PURPOSE:To accurately measure a measurement between inner races of two bearings by a direct measurement. CONSTITUTION:A rear bearing B2 is pressed to a housing H by a driven shaft 4, and a front bearing B1 is pressed to the housing H by a drive shaft 27. A measuring rod 37 is brought into pressure contact with an inner race R2 of the bearing B2 through a measuring block 21. An intermediate shaft 36 is brought into pressure contact with a pin 15 of a measuring sleeve 13 to be brought into pressure contact with an inner race R1 of the bearing B1. A relative displacement of the rod 37 and the shaft 36 is detected by an upper linear sensor while rotating the inner races R1, R2 together with the shafts 4, 27. A body of the sensor is fixed to an upper end of the shaft 36, and its measuring element is brought into contact with an upper end face of the rod 37.
