PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for cutting and carrying a food dough, capable of perfectly separating a divided food dough from a pair of cutters by giving a forcible slip between the divided food dough and a pair of the cutters. ;SOLUTION: This system for cutting and carrying a food dough comprises controlling a cutting motor 41 as follows: sealing the lower side opening of a dividing hopper 11 with the tips of a pair of the corresponding cutters 39, synchronously rotating a pair of the rotary shafts 37 in the carrying direction only at a slight angle θ to separate the tips of a pair of the corresponding cutter 39 from each other, and synchronously rotating the tips of a pair of the corresponding cutter 39 at a slight angle θ in the direction opposite to the carrying direction, thereby bringing the tips of a pair of the corresponding cutter 39 into contact with each other to again seal the lower opening of the dividing hopper 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
