PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the satisfaction and degree of freedom of users by offering an integrated service. ;SOLUTION: A user inputs information related with the arrangement of a service-integrated vehicle and information related with merchandises to be purchased by operating a PDA 10, and transmits the information through a mobile equipment 20. The information is received through a mobile communication network 30 by a position service center 40, and transmitted to a vehicle dispatch center 50 and a merchandise control center 60. The vehicle dispatch center 50 operates the delivery processing of the service-integrated vehicle, and instructs the reception of the merchandise to the service-integrated vehicle, and the merchandise control center 60 instructs the preparation of merchandise in a store corresponding to the service-integrated vehicle. Then, the service- integrated vehicle receives the merchandise from the store, lets a user to get in at a merging place, hands the merchandise to the user, and gives a ride to the user to his destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
