PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an entrance slave set with a camera without a pan tilt function to pan-tilt by consisting of an upper mount having a rotary shaft ball in a center on the side of a surface and a lower mount having a bearing for supporting the rotary shaft ball so as to pan-tilt the upper mount toward respectively one side of up/down and right/left with the bearing in the center to the lower mount. ;SOLUTION: A rotary shaft ball 31 projectingly provided at an upper mount 30 is fitted to a bearing 32 provided at a lower mount 33 to allow the mount 80 to move freely. A driving unit 34 for pan tilt is provided between the mount 30 and the mount 33. The unit 34 for pan tilt vertically moves a shaft with a screw provided with a holding part 27 at a tip by the rotation of a motor. A projecting body 37 projectingly provided at the mount 30 is fitted to the part 27. Consequently, the mount 30 is pan-tilt-operated with a rotary axis 31 in a center by vertically moving the part 27.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
