PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the yield improvement of Inari-sushi having a specified good shape, free from damage of a fried bean curd and having high quality. ;SOLUTION: This fried bean curd opener for Inari-sushi maker comprises the following units: a fried bean curd intermittently transferring mechanism (A) for intermittently transferring fried bean curds 2 with a specified space between them in a specified direction; a pair of upper and lower fried bean curd preliminary opening mechanisms (B) consisting of two pairs of cramping tines 9 and 10 for cramping the upper edge and the lower edge of the cut end 2a of a fried bean curd placed on the mechanism (A) and opening them; a sushi cooked rice-pushing out rod (F) for inserting cooked rice (G) for constant shaped sushi into the inside of the fried bean curd from the opening part 2c; and a pair of vertically openable upper and lower guiding pieces 5, 6 which are freely coming into and out of the inside of the fried bean curd 2 through the opening part 2c, and which guide the sushi cooked rice (G) and the pushing out rod (F). This fried bean curd opener is further provided with a fried bean curd cramping mechanism (C) having the following structure, that is, when the sushi cooked rice is pushed into the inside of a fried bean curd 2, the upper edge 2c of the opening part 2b of the fried bean curd is cramped from the inner side and the outer side with the upper guide piece 5 and a fried bean curd pusher 41, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
