BOILED RICE-FILLING MACHINE FOR PRODUCTION OF FRIED BEAN CURD STUFFED WITH VINEGARED RICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated, compact and surely actuating machine for stuffing pouches of fried bean curd with vinegared rice. ;SOLUTION: An intermittently rotating horizontal disk plate 2 is set on the front part of the machine frame 1, a platform 4 for placing a pouch of fried bean curd to be stuffed with vinegared rice is set above the upper face at the intermittently stopping position along the outer periphery of the disk 2 and a through-hole 5 opening the pouch of bean curd is bored at the platform 4. A U-shaped groove 6 is set to reciprocate from the rear of the disk 2 to the platform 4 and a vertically openable bill 7 is mounted to the top end of the U-shaped groove 6 so that the bill may reach the platform 4. A piston 8 for pushing boiled rice is fitted in the groove 6 and a quantitatively and intermittently boiled rice-feeding machine 9 is set over the space (s) formed between the openable bill 7 and the U-shaped groove 6. Clips 10, 10' for clipping the upper and lower skins of the bean curd pouch are set above and below the through-hole 5 and the clip 10' opens the pouch of the bean curd toward the openable bill 7 so that a prescribed amount of vinegared rice is automatically charged in the pouch of the bean curd on the platform.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
