PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily stuffing sushi rice to an innermost part without breaking a fried bean curd, and efficiently packing manufactured inari-zushi rice.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of inari-zushi (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) comprises a sushi rice introducing and guiding mechanism which is made up of: a pair of upper and lower guide pieces whose tip ends open with advancing movement toward a fried bean curd intermittent conveyance mechanism V1; and a sushi rice extruding mechanism which extrudes sushi rice from an opening side of a fried bean curd to the inside of the fried bean curd, in which the guide piece is provided with: an air-blowing mechanism which blows air to the inside of fried bean curd; a turning transfer device C which transfers a semi-molded inari-zushi R from a fried bean curd intermittent conveyance mechanism V1 toward a finishing conveyance mechanism V1' while horizontally turning by 90°; a standing mechanism part D which positions the semi-molded inari-zushi, make the semi-molded inari-zushi to stand by 90°, and presses it from above; and an aligning and transfer mechanism F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
