APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING FRIED BEAN CURD OF INARI-ZUSHI (FLAVORED RICE WRAPPED UP WITH FRIED BEAN CURD)

PURPOSE:To improve the transfer operation efficiency of fried bean curd for the preparation of INARI-ZUSHI, remarkably, by using a container for receiving the cooked rice in the cavity and the fried bean curd on the outer surface, and attaching the container to a travelling member in a manner to be rotatable 180 deg. in a vertical plane, thereby enabling the container to be covered with the fried bean curd from above. CONSTITUTION:The objective transfer apparatus is composed of the travelling members 14 moving along an endless circuit, a plurality of containers 26 for receiving the cooked rice in the cavity and the fried bean curd on the outer surface and attached to the travelling member 14 in a manner to be rotated 180 deg. in vertical plane, and the reversing devices 36 to reverse the container 36 and attached at two positions of the transfer apparatus 4. Consequently, the fried bean curd can be applied to the container from above resulting in remarkable improvement in the operation efficiency, and nevertheless, the charge of the seasoned rice into the container can be carried out from above in a conventional manner.
