PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Inarizushi, by which the vinegared rice can be supplied only when the fried bean curds are put on a turn table, thereby improving the efficiency of the production work.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the Inarizushi is characterized by comprising a process for charging the vinegared rice in the molding holes 2 of a one pitch turnable turn table 1, a process for simultaneously dropping two molded vinegared rice products into two vinegared rice conveying passage portions 6 below the turn table 1, a process for supplying the vinegared rice P into the adjacent fried bean curds Q put on a two pitch movable fried bean curd intermittently conveying mechanism 12 placed on the side of the vinegared rice conveying passage portions 6 through their cut openings, a process for detecting the presence or absence of the fried bean curds Q on the fried bean curd intermittently conveying mechanism 12, and a process for opening or closing a shutter 7a on the basis of the detection signal of a sensor S to stop or permit the supply of the vinegared rice P into the vinegared rice conveying passage portions 6 corresponding to the traveling direction front portion of the fried bean curd intermittently conveying mechanism 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
