PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the trouble for URL registration by a user and to easily access Internet resources by storing information for accessing Internet resources that users specify, user by user. ;SOLUTION: A center 300 serves as a server device to provide for a portable terminal device 100 information from servers 401 and 402 on the Internet 400 and information from other-company centers 501 to 503. The center 300 manages user information registered so as to have contents provision service in registered URLs by the subscriber numbers of portable terminal devices 100. When a user sends the subscriber number to a mobile network 200 by the portable terminal device 100, the center 300 displays the registered URL corresponding to the subscriber number on the portable terminal device 100 and urges the user to make a choice.
