PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a measure for measuring a night sleep time erection phenomenon which is high in accuracy, is easily mountable and is safe. SOLUTION: This measure for measuring the night sleep time erection phenomenon (NPT) is constituted by providing the slit-like tape 11 with graduations 12 in its longitudinal direction and fixing a tape stopper 13 having a through- hole to be inserted with the other end of the tape to one end of the tape 11. The tape 11 is formed of a non-stretchable material and the tape stopper 13 is formed of a hardly slippable soft material. The tape 11 is a woven fabric of blended yarn of synthetic fibers. Only the other end thereof is formed as a cured smooth surface by heating and compressing. The material of the tape stopper 13 is formed of silicone rubber. The through-hole 14 is provided with projecting lines 14a along the longitudinal direction of the tape 11. Further, the angle parts of the tape stopper 13 are subjected to chamfering to a curved surface shape. The tape is formed to a length of 100 to 200 mm.
