PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recovering a form of large rigidity to which white wash hardly adheres by cutting the surface of a concrete formwork integrally, formed by thermoplastic resin, and expanding a facing material from the above. SOLUTION: The face plate outer surface 2a and peripheral edge material outer surface 3a of a former form are cut by a fixed thickness. Subsequently, the form is heated to a designated temperature to be placed on a lower mold. Subsequently, a facing material 9 using thermoplastic resin containing reinforcing filler as a matrix is placed on the face plate outer surface 2a, and then pressurized by an upper mold to expand the facing material 9 on the face plate and the whole of the edge material outer surface 3a. Then the outer surface 2a7 of the regenerated form 1 and the whole of the edge material outer surface 3a' are covered with the facing material 9. That is, the face plate 2' and the edge material 3' are formed by two layers: a matrix layer A of thermoplastic resin and a thermoplastic resin layer B containing reinforcing filler. Accordingly, mutual bonding performance can be improved to make the facing material 9 hard to separate. Thus, recycle of FRP-made concrete form can be facilitated, and again used as the concrete form.
