Heel fastening for roller blade, ski or ice skate using slider on skate fraame with lip to engage plate protruding from heel of shoe

A slider (3), with its locking screw (4), is slid onto the rear of the skate frame (2). Its lip fits over the top of a plate (5) fixed to and protruding from the heel of the shoe (1). Two pairs of slots in the slider accommodatee different heights of shoe fitting. A variant uses a quick-release fastener on the slider.
