The suggested invention deals with highly reactive low temperature nickel - zinc ferrites with rated original permeability between 13 and 1000 measured on toroid ferrite cores with an outer diameter of 22 mm, internal diameter of 14 mm and height of 7 mm made from iron, zinc, nickel, copper, bismuth oxides and cobalt chloride with the following molar percentage specifications: Fe2O3 = 45 - 52 mole %; NiO = 15 - 50 mole %; ZnO = 0 - 35 mole %; CuO = 5 - 15 mole %; Bi2O3 = 0 - 3 mole %; CoCl2x6H2O = 0 - 3 mole %. The final electromagnetic properties are determined by the ratio of basic components of oxide substances and the appropriate sintering temperature conditions. The high reactivity at low temperatures of thermal processing allows the production of NiZn ferrite products at considerably lower sintering temperatures, the production of multilayer chip chokes consisting of thin ferrite layers (foils) and metal electrodes in-between for the application in different electronic assemblies in the field of professional electronics, computing, telephone exchanges and satellite communication.
