The block is made from an inherently rigid plastics and is firmly connected on at least a part of its glass-side surface (11) intended for direct support of the glass pane to a soft rubber material. The surface of the block on the glass side can be covered completely with a uniformly thick layer of rubber elastic material. The block has at least one cam of soft rubber material on its surface. The block surface (11) can be covered completely with a layer of soft rubber material having at least one protruding cam which is integral with the remaining material.
